Whether you're running a business from home, keeping in touch with family, or doing your regular grocery shop, our lives depend on decent broadband and mobile connection. Unfortunately, all too often it's impossible to make a call or send an email in Headcorn, which is unacceptable in this day and age. That's why I want to find out more about your mobile and broadband. Please fill out this survey so that, working with your County Councillor Shellina Prendergast, I can build up a better picture of where the mobile and broadband 'not spots' are in Headcorn. Ofcom, the mobile regulator, says that Headcorn has good mobile reception all over the village, but you will know that this isn't the case. Hearing from you about the actual reception you get means I can write to Ofcom and let them know that their data is wrong. This is the first step in getting a better mobile connection for the whole village. If you don't live in Headcorn but have a poor mobile reception or broadband connection, please send an email to [email protected]
