Nominations are now open for the annual Countryside Alliance Awards.
This is a chance to recognise the people and businesses - like SW Doughty butchers in Doddington, which has won three awards in previous years - that make Kent’s rural community thrive. These awards are a great way to promote our farming, small businesses, traditional skills and delicious produce.
The categories are:
- Local food award
- Village shop/Post Office award
- Butcher award
- Rural tourism enterprise award
